Our return policy is variable depending on the product you buy.

• The product can be a return if the item is in a perfect condition.
• A restocking fee of $30 per shipped order will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the initial shipping fee.
• Also the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and we recommend you to send us the tracking number.
• We will refund after product inspection.

For the Touchless sanitizer dispenser.

• The product can be a return if the item is in a perfect condition.
• If you use the product, you can’t return the product and ask for a refund.
• A restocking fee of $12 per order will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the initial shipping fee.
• Also the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and we recommend you to send us the tracking number.
• We will refund after product inspection.

For Anti-Microbe, alcohol-free hand sanitizer.

• This product can’t be returned or credited because this is a medical application product with a DIN number from Healt Canada.
• We only replace the product if you receive a broken package with picture proof in the 2 days following the reception of the product.
